Went together very easily, the only thing I used the manual for was diagram of the front steering assembly. Everything else on assembly was easy, and intuitive, all plug and play parts with exception of wheels and seat which was a few screws and nuts. Charged the recommended 12hrs then used it, speed is fine, remote works as well as peddle control, the only slightly annoying thing is the small turning radius for confined spaces (a lot of "Austin Powers" back and for it to get turned in a small space) but other than that , this item is exactly as advertised. I did order 2 different power wheels at the same time and this model is slightly smaller than the other both in body size and tire size, This one will be for the younger girl age 3 so keep that in mind if you are looking for a bigger vehicle for an older child this particular one might be a bit small and geared for younger smaller children. all in all, the price is fair for what you get, and so far (only had it for a week so far) but I believe this is a pretty good quality product. ... show more

This Jeep is perfect for my 1 year old. Some adjustment to the straps to hold him in, but perfect low speed for him. Turning can use some more tightness only wide turns allowed, but runs great and my grandson loves it. Haven't had any issues out of ours yet. Controls are easy to use, and the battery life is longer than my child's attention span. I only have two major complaints: 1: The steering doesn't have very much travel, so turns are very wide 2: it struggles to go up any size hill off road unless it is set to the highest speed setting On a paved surface, it is pretty fast, but offroad it goes at an average walking pace when in the fastest setting. This actually ends up being a great speed for our child as they are pretty young. It does appear that there is some unused space under the seat where the battery is, and the drive motors look to have a fairly standard mounting pattern, so when it's time it probably won't be very hard to upgrade to a 24v system... ... show more

Honest review: I purchased this for my 2 year old. The price is the best I’ve found for an electric Jeep. The headlights work, although they barely offers any visibility which isn’t a big deal at all because you probably won’t be using this at night. But they add a cool factor and another button for kids to play with, which is fun. The Jeep in low speed struggles to move in grass that’s a few inches tall. My yard hasn’t been mowed because it’s winter, the grass is probably 3-4 inches tall but laying flat and some leaves are on the ground as well. In low speed the Jeep can’t drive through it. High speed it does pretty well. The harness is absolutely horrible and I almost requested a return because of this. It doesn’t secure my child at all, the straps fall of his shoulders with ease. It’s useless and that’s frustrating because it is one reason I bought this Jeep. We are careful driving it so it doesn’t turn over but my son sometimes stands up when the Jeep is moving which is dangerous. He’s able to because the harness doesn’t work. The horn is cute and the start up sound is too, my son loves those. Remote works great. I do feel the battery life isn’t the best, but I guess for the price you pay that’s what you get. Lastly, it does drive mostly smooth which is great. Overall it’s okay for the price. I’m not returning it but I sort of wish I’d spent more money on a better one. ... show more
