Bought this as the main present for my 3 year old for Christmas from 'Santa'. Now he'd like to know why Santa gave him a car that *didn't last a single week*, and how we send it back to the North Pole. It is built OK, not bad to put together, but it won't go into reverse any more after < 5 hours of light play. This has been in the living room and in our driveway, it's not like he took it offroading. Buy something from a different company - we've had several used Power Wheels that worked 10x longer than this because they were built by a reputable brand. My husband and I purchased this for our youngest 1st birthday and he loves everything about it. Once it arrived it was easy to assemble I put it together alone and didn't even take me an hour to finish. You do not have to screw in that much and the instructions were easy to follow. We let it charge for one whole day and took it for a spin. He is short so his feet did not touch the peddle but it comes with a remote controller so you can control it. But you could not tell my little one he was not driving haha. We have a jeep so it was pretty cool to find him one also. The best feature is the fact you can play your own music and also listen to the radio. Once it was outside we got to pick up a few stations but there were still some static. We always play music from our cell phone or his iPad and he enjoys every tune. The battery life is good also we charged it for about 10 hours and he gets a day and half of driving from that. If you're thinking about purchasing this you should you will not be disappointed. ... show more

My daughter loves this ride on vehicle. It was easy to steer for her and had a remote for us to get her going in the right direction. The instructions were easy to follow and it only took us about half an hour to put together. Big vehicle. Awesome attention to detail...so much for the money. Heavy duty. Love the remote...works great. The vehicle can be stopped on a dime, literally...with remote. The port for MP3 is actually a radio with "seekable" stations. Handle well and is highly maneuverable even for little not so coordinated hands and feet. The media could not be loaded. We were so excited to get this for our son’s birthday. It worked great...Until exactly 3 months from the date we first used it. Then, the product would take off and stop SO abruptly that it started jumping and became harmful for our son. His head/neck would whip back and forth and you could tell he was frightened. This occurred regardless of speed setting. See video. Long story short, Best Choice Products stands by their 60 day warranty and responds to all emails with the same text reminding you that there’s nothing they can do outside the 60 day warranty. No help, no solutions, nothing. So my recommendation is not to buy this, as your child may also be at risk of whiplash or worse. Very disappointed. ... show more

Very simple to piece together, appox 45 minutes it took me. Super light weight, and decently durable. Initial charge is 12 hours, after that its recommended 4 hours. Battery seems to die fast. Bought it hoping it would fit my 2 year old and 1 year old, which it does, but it doesn't move around very fast, even in high gear. Definitely would only recommend usage for one child. Does fairly well outside in the grass, gravel and over tree branches! My girls LOVE it overall, especially the horn and radio!!! Remote control range is only about 20 feet if that, and then it the jeep stops. Good bang for your buck, just wish battery lasted longer. ... show more

My husband and I wanted to buy this for our grandson so I researched this for a couple of weeks before I found this one. I read most of the reviews and yes there were some negative ones but it seemed there were quite a few more positive so I settled on this one. It came in just a few days which was great. I assumed since it was a pretty big box it might take a while. My husband put it together in about an hour with minimal bad language. 😇. My grandson is 2 and his sister is 9 but they were both able to get in it together and ride it. It seems very sturdy and tough as you can see in the picture. My son was building a deck on their new house and they had this "water barrel" that flattens out the dirt. My grandson pulled that barrel behind his little jeep with no issues(of course it wasn't full but still impressive). It also has a radio and USB you can use for your phone to listen to music. We were so impressed we're going to buy another one to keep here at the house for the rest of the grands. ... show more

Well got this product for my son cause it was on a discount on christmas day. He loves it me and him put it together. And charged it he was riding it that evening. Has working headlights a high and low speed remote control so parents can take over if they cannot drive it and also a functioning FM radio with plug in adapter to put your own music through radio. I only wish they had these things when I was growing up power wheels where close but didnt have all the bells and whistles these do. Assembly was fairly easy took maybe 45 minutes to assemble for garage mechanic. Great product works well charge time is 12 hours though only down side to product. Has spring loaded suspension as well. ... show more
