I usually buy my phones brand new from my cellular store but I needed a replacement phone on a budget. I purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max Verizon gold RENEWED and got exactly that. the phone came with a screen protector already applied which is nice! The phone also came with a charger BUT not the original lightening C adapter wall charger that is recommended for this phone. It came with a regular USB wall charger. No big deal it’ll be saved as an emergency back up charger. The phone is in great shape for being renewed verses premium renewed option. There is one small scratch on the corner of the phone that is hardly noticeable. The renewed phone I received must of had a broken screen because in my settings there is a notification that won’t go away that states the screen is possibly not a genuine Apple part. So there is 2 very small hardly noticeable little dots that seem brighter than the rest of the screen. Again no big deal. I recommend this buyer and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Summary: Upgrading from an iPhone 7 plus, and decided I would go with the 11 Pro Max version. I was on the fence whether the extra money for the premium renewed is worth it, so will be discussing what I considered. Observations: The high level basic differences are: 1) about a $100 difference; 2) three vs. 12 months return period: 3) battery level of 80% vs. 90%. Recommendation: After considering the factors, I decided to look into how much a replacement battery would cost, which is $40 right now. However, starting with the iPhone 8 (i think), Apple started sealing the cases, which requires a heat gun to separate the case because of the extra waterproofing adhesive. To breakdown the addition $100 cost, subtract the $40 battery from that, leaving $60 for an additional 9-months (or $6.67/month) to "insurance" to return the phone if issues come up. Carrier Lock: I decided I wanted an unlocked version, and that appears to be another feature that is included with Premium Renewed, with the majority of carrier locked versions being offered as renewed only. Conclusion: For the additional $100, I elected to go with the Renewed Premium. I rate both the Renewed and the Premium Renewed as 5-stars. Which you chose would depend on individual financial and personal factors. it was time for an upgrade and this is the phone I wanted for my birthday but I didn’t want to pay a lot for it so when I found this one I was quick to buy and it was definitely worth it perfect condition no scratches no dents no discoloration no visible wear at all the only thing I’d say is sometimes it looks like lines on the screen when it’s turned off but it’s barley noticeable really no big deal that’s all that’s wrong I’d say and it came with a cute note letting me know I saved this phone from going in a landfill if you’re looking for a new phone for a reasonable price this is the one to get 10 out of 10 ... show more

I needed an upgrade from my 8 plus and this was a good choice. Price was good and it looked new upon arrival. The battery lasts all day as long as I don't play a lot of games on it. I basically had to keep my old phone plugged in all the time so this makes me happy that the battery is still very good. It’s pretty nice so far, no cracks or scratches on screen. camera works great, audio is perfect. it is a little rough around the edges but you can only see it with a flash up close. The battery life says 81% but it lasts a long time, my previous phone is the 11 and the battery is at 84% and it dies way faster. overall i rate it 95/100 so far. ... show more
