    • Precision cut is the only issue; not quite exact on the 12" by 3ft.

I have had MANY issues with purchasing vinyl on Amazon, but I won't buy it again unless its from Nova Rhinestone. They put the vinyl in a HARD tube (think papertowel roll but enforced!) to mail and then into a bubble package taped well (it did take me some time to open but my vinyl wasn't messed up AT ALL!) THEN they put the vinyl with the side up you would print with instead of that side being side down. THIS is so much better because then it lays FLAT in the way you want/need it to once you're ready to use it. I couldn't be happier with the purchase except that the cut isn't precise. Which I do rely on but I so appreciate everything else I hope I get more precise cuts in the future. My vinyl was slightly less than 12" (maybe by 1/8" across and slightly longer than 3ft.) I am not sure of the exacts as the measurements were crooked on both the vertical and horizontal cuts. ... show more
