    • Great buy ladder hurts feet. Needs flat steps on ladder for kids.
Package arrived on time and with easy instructions. Got it out together by myself very quickly maybe within 1 hour from start to finish. Very sturdy and I love the net. We ordered the 16ft size trampoline so it’s huge and kids love it. The only thing wasn’t impressed with was the ladder. It’s very study however the steps are just rounded metal poles and therefore really hurt your feet or kids feet when climbing in or out. Was only an issue for a couple weeks until we dug a hold and placed the trampoline in the ground at ground level. Hence no more laddder. The basketball hood is sturdy and kids love it as well. Great buy for the money. Only thought would be if you don’t plan on putting it into the ground then would recommend getting a better ladder. ... show more

    • Set up and kids having a blast
Prepare for a good 3-5 hrs, not recommended Christmas Eve in rain and 30 degree weather. Non the less, great adult family time together, directions with the upper net rails could be a little more user friendly. Remember the net is on the inside of the rails.

    • The screen net that you bounce on had a tiny hole. It didn't seem that bad but it is bigger now.
The product was easy to assemble. However I noticed there was a slight hole in the net, I figured that was just how it was made, however the whole is spreading. I called customer service and I paid for warranty and have yet to hear back. Also the basketball hoop did not have all the screws to assemble completely. ... show more
