Bought one of these for myself, and it is still working, but the one I bought for my wife later stopped working after a very short time. It wouldn’t stay locked - you could always pull it open. The media could not be loaded. Used to lock my locker at the gym for two weeks and it’s already broke! Worked great at first. I fully charged it the day I got it and had no issues. This morning I went to the gym and the lock wouldn’t register a touch at all. Thought maybe the battery life wasn’t as good as previous comments suggested and risked having my stuff in a unlocked locker. When I got home I plugged the lock into it’s charger ,and the charge light turned on. In about 10 minutes the green light ,indicating full charge, turned on so i tried the lock again and nothing still dead to the world. Would recommend going with a higher end fingerprint lock or better yet an old school combination ,because these locks are cheaply built and are pretty small for permanent lock ups. ... show more

I can’t even get past step 2! Step 2 indicates to unlock the padlock, done. Then press the fingerprint for 8 seconds until the blue light stays on. This does not work!!!! I have tried well over 10 times and all it does is give me the blue light flash at the beginning to indicate the lock is unlocked (the factory reset) — and yes, I kept the padlock unlocked while holding down the button. It simply will not give be the “blue light always on”. Didn’t even make it to register a single fingerprint. Very disappointed ... show more
