Color: Oil-Rubbed Bronze Style: Standard Pattern Name: Kitchen Faucet
Went from 5 star to 1 star. After owning it for almost two years it has developed two leaks in two different areas. One is on the hose itself, the other is a non-replaceable hose. I'm furious that I trusted Moen to keep my kitchen island from developing water damage. I wish there was a lemon law that would force them to buy it back because why would I want them to replace parts that will fail again?!! ... show more

  • Super frustrating! Has anyone else ever experienced this
Color: Spot Resist Stainless Style: Touchless 1st Gen Pattern Name: Kitchen Faucet
We've had our faucet for only a few months and it has started turning itself on randomly. sometimes it runs for only a few seconds, other times it's a couple of minutes. once it starts there's no way to turn it off. we tried pulling the batteries, but it still runs. once it turns off we can pull the batteries but then it won't work even manually. At first we thought it might be interference from radio waves in motion sensor lights but now it even does it during the day. Super frustrating! Has anyone else ever experienced this? ... show more

  • Awesome and worth the money in many ways, BUT BEWARE OF CONSTANTLY CLOGGING FILTERS
Color: Spot Resist Stainless Style: Touchless 1st Gen Pattern Name: Kitchen Faucet
I initially was waffling a lot between buying a more expensive motion sensing unit, or a standard one. I also did a lot of research online as well as talking to our plumber, who works in big buildings all around NYC. While he didn't particularly have an opinion on motion vs non-motion, he did have Moen on his short list of 3 brands that are worth buying. I read a guide that for deep sinks like ours, we shouldn't use a high-arc faucet because of splashing. Well, phht, I ignored that, and decided to spend the extra money for a motion sense unit. The decision was between this one and another major maker that you likely have seen here. I read complaints about the other one, and a family friend had nothing but complaints about theirs. I also liked that this had features the others didn't such as the front/top sensors that dont require actually touching the unit, which would defeat the whole purpose for me when I have dirty hands/arms. Fast forward now that I've owned this for months and man, we're SO happy with this purchase! The high arc is great because now we can easily put pots underneath to fill, and don't have a problem with splashing as the guide warned in our deep sink. The motion sensing is flawless in dark or light conditions, no more dealing with dirty hands touching the faucet, and then having to clean the faucet (kind of ironic to clean what cleans you, but who wants raw chicken on it?). And this is great for kids who forget to turn off the water or turn it to hot accidentally....leave it on the temp you want and dont mess with it. TIP: purchase the plug-in adapter. The battery pack is not strong enough for the sensor to work well. I thought the faucet had a problem, but read elsewhere that the batteries arent strong enough. We bought the adapter and it works like a charm. UPDATE 5.11.16: Things were fine for the first several months. Then the water flow would severely reduce. Note that we live in a 100 unit building in Brooklyn built in 1924. Troubleshooting showed it was because the small screened filters in the hot and water lines were clogged with dark debris (see picture). Now it seems to happen every few days to a week, meaning having to go under the sink, strain my back, disassemble each line and scrub the filters. I've reached out to Moen to see if there's a workaround. If I remove the filters, I assume this will just send the crud 'upstream', clogging the faucet head, or getting in the water we consume. The issue isnt Moen's fault, probably old plumbing lines, but I wish I would have known of a more "old line friendly" faucet before getting one with these microfilters. ... show more

  • I love this faucet
Color: Spot Resist Stainless Style: Standard Pattern Name: Kitchen Faucet
I installed it myself. Yup, I'm female, have no training as a plumber, and am no spring chicken but I had zero problem installing this faucet. The instructions were clear and concise. It took 4.5 hours to remove the old faucet because of an unusual connector for which I could find no videos or even pictures online. (Many Words of Power were said, and I got a black eye from dropping the huge crescent wrench on my brow during the operation.) I had to yank the whole sink to see how to disconnect the faucet. However, it only took about 30 minutes to install the new one – including the time to gather tools and to read each step again as I proceeded. It was very straightforward and easy peasey. I waited to review this faucet because of the previous reviews complaining about leaks, stuck buttons, excessive splashing, etc. I took a chance and ordered one anyway, and I am very glad I did. * I have had zero leaks. I'm not a plumber, but I am pretty handy and can read (and follow) instructions. My faucet does not leak. Period. * Someone commented that their Power Boost button sticks. Once I engage mine, it stays "on" until I shut off the water. As soon as the water is cut, the Power Boost button cheerfully pops up again. This seems like a feature rather than a problem, but that's just my opinion as I have seen no documentation on the subject. * Someone complained about water splashing more than usual with this faucet. On mine, the steady aerated stream only splashes if I turn on the Power Boost and put the "pulldown wand" extremely close to the object I'm watering. In other words, I have to work at making it splash. If, however, I am using the spray mode, especially in Power Boost mode, the water can splash, but every faucet I've ever used seemed to have the propensity to splash in spray mode. Anyway, I personally haven't found splashing to be an issue with this faucet. * I really like the Spot Resist Stainless matte finish. It is indeed spot resistant. * I love the goose neck. I can easily fill my ginormous pressure cooker IN the sink. I couldn't do that with my old faucet. * I love the replaceable cartridge in the handle. I bought this style because of the design failure in the previous faucet; it wasn't repairable. * I love the Lifetime Limited Warranty. * I love how beautiful AND functional it is. ... show more

  • Very disappointed!!
Color: Spot Resist Stainless Style: Standard Pattern Name: Kitchen Faucet
After less than 3 years my Moen 7594SRS fixture's flex hose split. Needless to say it caused quite a mess. I paid $300.00 for this faucet and I am shocked to have such a problem after only 3 years. Ironically my next door neighbor bought a similar Moen product and he had the same problem. I really expected more from a Moen product! Very disappointed!!!! Never again. ... show more
