The media could not be loaded. The screen on certain shows and movies is so dark you can’t see the people. I’ve changed all the settings and nothing works. I would not buy this TV again.

    • NOT ROKU/AMAZON/User friendly, cheap!

This TV is a downgrade from my 43” Sceptre. UI is slow, remote app never brings up the keyboard, I’m still using a plug-in Roku for half of my apps, sound sucks, picture doesn’t look any better than my 43” 720p Sceptre from 2016. Wish I kept the box. Also, the sound is half a second behind the picture! Regardless of source/channel/sound output. If anyone buys this I’ll give you $100 for the box so I can send mine back! Update: it’s been a month and this product continues to disappoint. It is a daily reminder of what a terrible purchase I made. This TV is terrible, disfunctional, unreliable and just low quality cheap cheap cheap. I will likely throw it in the trash as soon as I can afford to replace it. Update #2: it’s May. This product continues to inspire doubt and drive self depreciation every night when I stare miserably at the lackluster and disappointing screen of low resolution and overall garbage picture quality. However, I must say that the most astounding feature of all is the remarkably non-user-friendly interface, you are required to interact with in order to change the channel or look at the guide or change the source. It is unbelievably painful to cycle through sources. The user interface is remarkably unable to interact with common place applications like Spotify or YouTube and, time and time again I am forced to transfer from the Soundsystem in my house, that I paid so much to enjoy, to my handheld cell phone so that I can actually watch anything for more than five seconds without the entire system crapping out due to this products Inability to deliver on any single one of its promises. After this experience, I am firmly and unresolved Leslie against Samsung is a brand and will absolutely never purchase anything remotely affiliated with that friend ever again and will evangelical he proclaim that the brand of Samsung is synonymous with garbage products and terrible features that have no connection to the user. Additionally, this problem persists across Amazon and Alexa products in my household and the age of AI and ChatGPT, Alexa is an idiot and somebody needs to fire her, a year ago. The Samsung has a good picture. Other Samsung’s I’ve had were trouble free and lasted a long time. The only problem I’ve had with them is that picture, sound and other adjustments are not operator friendly. It took about an hour after removing from shipping box to viewing Amazon Prime Movies via our internet system. It should have taken 15 minutes but the remote buttons were so small that it was a pain inputting all the internet connection data. Very poor information on what exactly all the buttons did so there was a lot of trial an error. The picture Quality is excellent but the sound seemed to be somewhat muffled. The smart feature is very good and unlike cable TVs of old there is only one wire going to the unit. This is probably a 5 star product but in our opinion sound quality could be better. ... show more

After installing item, noticed the right bass speeker was bad. You guys did a good and quick job on sending a new one. Waiting for wife to get home and put it up. Sure hope this one is o.k.
