To the dummy’s who couldn’t find the additional earbud sizers... they’re in the same box the power cord is in. These are my first time wireless earbuds. I found that they fit relatively well out of the box. I did however swap the ear holder for the size s (again located in the same box as the power cord). And got a nice snug fit. I played about an hour of sound while learning to use the controls. Ambient mode is a cool feature and I will have a lot of use for it when walking or in the office. Sound is pretty decent, there is a minor hint of white noise but overall I find the sound to be quite adequate. It was these vs audiotechnicas and I’m glad I went JBL, as I have a pulse 3 and I love it very much. ... show more

Love the product. Thanks I will note they stay in my ears well. The eventually fall out at times and hurt. Thats 2+ hours being used. Other then that awesome works well.

    • Review After a Year And a Half of Use
I've used these constantly for a year and a half. Here's my takeaway: Pros: - Amazing sound quality for the price. Very satisfied - I have small ear canals and the smallest pieces fit well, but they do hurt a bit after a few hours of continuous use. I like that both pieces have size options - Good battery life, but shortens quickly with use. Becomes uneven if you use only one at a time so try to alternate which one you take out. This is tough because the right earbud is the one that communicates with the receiver so if you try to only listen with the left with the lid closed, it'll think you want to turn them off (I keep the lid open when using the left to combat this) - Nice color - Overall good value Cons: - Biggest issue is the connectivity. After 9 months to a year or so I started having a lot of issues with the right earbud not making contact with the charging pins inside. The left earbud has started up as well - Sometimes will not connect with phone and have to go through a whole process to reconnect - Because they have trouble making contact with the pins, the earbud will still be on and connected to my phone and I won't realize it - I'll sometimes think they're off and charging, then when I go to use them, I find out they're dead - The connectivity issues really dull the shine of the sound quality. - The mesh inside the earphones is a bit delicate and has begun to fray and come off even with gentle cleaning Overall: I would not buy these at full price, but I think they're a great deal when they're on sale. Buy these if you don't mind paying a little less for great sound but replacing them sooner. Don't buy them if you're looking for a long-term high quality audio solution. ... show more

    • Randomly disconnect for no reason
The biggest issue I have with these ear buds is that they randomly disconnect for no reason. Literally no reason at all. Also the left earbud will randomly go out. And no matter what you do it won't work again until you reset the pair. Which is lame cause then you have to reconfigure the settings all over again. There is also a very noticeable delay in sound. Its annoying to watch any video off of my phone cause the sound won't match what's happening on the screen. Last but not least, they will not stay connected to my laptop. I thought at first it was because it was trying to connect to my phone but I turned off my Bluetooth on my phone to use my headphones during online classes and it disconnects after 3 minutes or so. I have a really crappy pair of bluetooth headphones that cost me 20$ from target and those stay connected to the laptop so I'm pretty sure it's not the laptop. Also updated the drivers and everything on the lappy just to make sure I wasn't trippin' on the wrong device. The only pros I can think of are the fit and the aesthetic. I haven't been able to find earphones that for comfortably in my ears so these get a star for that. Also they're purple, my fave color.. Perhaps I just got a really shoddy pair but these are pretty much useless and I will be sending back. ... show more
