The media could not be loaded. I have purchased a Surface Book 2 and a Book 3 and this is my 2nd Surface 3. My last one had an accident and shattered. (Get a screen protector). I love these computers! They are work horses! I have a full time photography businesses and it is great for editing and other work. I received this one, though, and was surprised. It was NOT in Microsoft boxing or papers, the serial number was a printed sticker off what appeared as a label maker. ...even though advertised as 'NEW". It isn't...It also had a very visable scratch that was noteable as soon as I took it out of the cloth it was in. (Also not Microsoft packaging) The computer doesn't shut flush as shown in the video and the mouse pad isn't flush on one side. I am wondering if it was refurbished or something. Make me doubt my purchase. Need the computer for my business, can't return it, don't have the time to waste busy time in my studio. I have only had it on for 24 hours and it is running so many updates so not sure what that is about. In the past the new computers have never had to run that many updates the first day. Because of that the battery pack in the screen part got very hot at first. Has not done that today, hoping it was a fluke. I am hoping this doesn't have any issues going forward as today it seems to run fine, but has another update it needs to run... Not to as excited or confident in this purchase as I have been in the past. ... show more

I researched the heck out of exactly what it was that I wanted prior to making this purchase. I do instructional work on the side of my birthday day to day (firefighter). I didn't want anything with a large footprint so I wanted to stay with something in the 13" range, sleek, minimal and powerful. I initially purchased the razer stealth and was blown away by how fast and efficient it ran programs etc. Windows hello worked well with it also, however wanted more from the laptop, touchscreen etc. I decided to send it back and opted for the less powerful yet more flexible surface book 3. As soon as I received it I knew I had made the right choice. Extremely flexible, I live the tablet mode, using the pen during instructional work and having the ability to articulate my point more so on web based instructional courses etc is a homerun. I did have battery issues initially, but this have since been resolved with the updates and when using office only, my screen would flicker almost as of it's adjusting to a different screen resolution. It hasn't happened within the past few weeks and I think that may have been a software issue as well. A bonus feature is that I have the option to game with xbox game pass and this little machine will play some Halo etc with zero issues. Quite impressive for how thin and small it is. Overall, this is a solid laptop although I did understand that there are several other laptops of similar fashion that execute certain tasks better. I don't agree with the price point, but I was able to purchase it with around $350 off which was a solid sale price. The flexibility is like no other, the options are endless and it's extremely well built. I'm very happy with the purchase. The web cam is ridiculous as well. ... show more

Este surface book 3 es realmente útil si eres diseñador, arquitecto, productor de contenido multimedia, la versatilidad de ser un laptop, tablet y studio te dan la posibilidad de explorar mas opciones en el campo del diseño, también se puede jugar varios juegos con el soporte de nvidia claro, No es una portátil para gamers, es mas un portátil para productividad y depende mucho del Ram y tarjeta grafica que adquieras. Un año de uso y no me ha dado problemas mas que las actualizaciones extrañas de windows, fuera de eso es resistente, ligera y el poder desmontar la pantalla para llevarla a cualquier parte como una tablet es una novedad. Corre programas profesionales como 3ds Max, autodesk, adobes, office y programas multimedia. Corre algunos juegos de alta gama (pero calientan el equipo). Si compras este equipo asegúrate de comprar el surface pen y/o surface dial para aprovecharla al máximo ya que no incluye nada mas que el equipo en la caja. Overall this is an excellent computer. I replace the Surface Book 1, 13" 8gb 128mb system with this one. The 15" screen is welcome , and the Nvidia GPU is excellent. The boost from 8Mb to 16Mb makes the systema lot quicker. The detachable screen is perfect for Photoshop painting and other pen based graphics applications. The only disappointment is that the battery life is no where near the touted time of over 10 hours. Real would use with graphics programs is more like 6 hours with both batteries, and way less in just tablet mode. ... show more
