I have been gaming on this monitor for about a week, usually FPS games, and it has performed very nicely. This was my first upgrade from 60hz to 144hz (143.85hz) and it's lightyears better. This monitor is sturdy and the small bezels give it a very sleek design. The only issue I've noticed so far is that the brightness/picture quality fades a bit when viewing at sharp angles other than straight on. This isn't an issue for me though as my desk allows me to sit directly in front of the monitor. I've read that other buyers have received models with dead pixels or other physical defects, but I have none so far. This is a GREAT monitor for the price and I highly recommend if you are looking for a budget 144hz monitor. ... show more

This monitor overall is amazing. My monitor did not show up with any issues, no dead pixels and was not dead on arrival. The monitor makes all games very smooth and the picture quality is amazing. If you are considering buying the monitor I would buy it. Pros: Good picture quality 144HZ Height Adjustable and forward and back tilt Great price for the performance Comes with needed cable to run 144hz Multiple ports Cons: Only the base of the monitor stand is metal, though still sturdy May need to adjust the colors No pivot, though you cant get everything for the price Overall 10/10 ... show more

This monitor is very good for the money. It offers high refresh rate, and great image quality if you spend the time to adjust the settings. The color presets are terrible, but it is absolutely possible to dial in a great image on this monitor. The viewing angles are okay, the color distorts pretty quickly when not looking straight at the screen, but that is to be expected with any panel of this type.     • This monitor is just excellent...
After returning my LG UltraGear 24GL600F-B for its horrible color banding, I was worried that I wouldn't find anything better in this price range for gaming AND artwork. I do a lot on my computer, and I need a monitor that supports that. No pixel issues, the stand is amazing, the whole thing is ergonomic with how it stands higher up than others, allowing you to view at a more natural angle. The thing is really close to being borderless, it looks so smooth and doesn't suffer from any glare issues. I only had to adjust my computers gamma, and going into testing contrast, black and white saturation, etc through Lagom, I can say this monitor has surprised me. I'm just so glad I decided to refund that other one, and go for this. Who knew Dell makes such good monitors? I guess I do now. ... show more

    • Initial impressions are quite positive
To be clear, this is a review of the 24" model, not the 27". I've only had it for a couple days, so I'll have to wait and see whether my long-term experience matches my initial impressions, but so far it has met all my expectations. Easy to assemble and hook up, with no stuck pixels or other cosmetic issues. It only comes with an HDMI cable so I had to buy a DisplayPort cable separately but that's not a big deal. Also, I was pleased to discover that it does indeed support G-Sync. The store page listings gave me the impression that the 24" and 27" models both support FreeSync but only the bigger one had G-Sync, so when I ordered the smaller one I expected to have to figure out how to make FreeSync work with my PC's Nvidia card. But the actual packaging (and a sticker on the stand base) make it clear that the 24" one absolutely does support G-Sync too, and once I had it connected it was easy to enable it from the Nvidia control panel. I'm upgrading from a basic 60 hz office-style monitor, so I've immediately noticed a big difference when gaming. My PC isn't particularly powerful, so most games can't stay above 100 fps without turning down the graphics settings, but even running at 80-90 fps, everything feel noticeably smoother. The 1 ms response time also makes a big difference there - my old monitor had an input lag of something like 8 ms. And G-Sync seems to be doing its job as far as avoiding tearing or stuttering, and even when I keep the graphics settings high and allow the framerate to fluctuate, it still feels smooth. The overall image also looks brighter, clearer and sharper, with noticeably more vibrant colors. That's especially true when gaming but it even applies just to web browsing. As gaming monitors go, this one is pretty much the most affordable option without sacrificing quality, so it's probably outclassed by most other gaming screens, but if you're upgrading from a generic 60 hz monitor it's a substantial improvement. My only complaint is that, for whatever reason, the default gamma setting is way, way too high, so when I first plugged it in the whole thing looked really washed out, with colors that were actually less bright than on my old monitor. At first I thought it was a contrast problem so I tried to fiddle with the monitor's own contrast and brightness settings but that didn't work. But then I went into the Nvidia control panel and turned the gamma down by about 30% and voila - instant fix. ... show more

I recently purchased a computer monitor from Dell and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The monitor has a sleek design and the picture quality is outstanding. The colors are vibrant and the resolution is crisp. The size of the monitor is perfect for my desk and the adjustable stand allows me to easily find the perfect viewing angle. The setup of the monitor was incredibly easy and the included instructions were clear and concise. I was able to get the monitor up and running in no time. I also appreciate the various connectivity options that the monitor offers. I can easily connect my laptop, gaming console, and other devices to the monitor using HDMI, VGA, and other ports. This monitor has been in use for years now about 3 and it has never done me wrong. I’ve never had any problems with it and the 144hz feels clean and colors are very good
