This was perfect for me and my family. It’s not an oversized recliner like many that in my personal opinion add to much bulk or masculinity to a living room. But it is comfy enough that i can sit and 3 of my 4 children can pile on with me. My husband is 6’ 4” and average weight and fits comfortable as well. But it definitely NOT OVERSIZE. We love this chair! So easy to set up, it looks nice and the vibrate will be perfect to help Put baby to sleep! (More of a vibrate than massage) also the heat doesn’t seem very strong but we’ve only tried it once. Other than that so far we love the rocking and gliding feature and to us it seems easy to recline/sit up in. Would recommend! ... show more

I want to start out by saying the reason why I ordered this on Amazon was because I have a back issue and I am not able to go to the store and bring a chair home and having a recliner delivered by the local furniture store would have been twice as much as this chair without the heat and vibrate. I did not have very high expectations for this to start. I waited several weeks for this to arrive and it came from china, and had I known that, I would not have purchased it. The recliner arrived in TWO separate boxes which arrived 3 days apart which would have been great to know BOTH tracking numbers. The chair is okay in comfort and recline, however, the force in which is required to put it back into the upright position is a lot. The "massage" is actually more of a vibrate and it has two strengths and is loud on both modes. The heat is nice, however, there is a maximum of 30 minutes in which the heat and vibrate can be used, and then it shuts off if you do not keep resetting the timer. If you want to only use the heat, you have to turn on the vibrate and then shut off the individual areas of the body. It has been 20 days since I have used the recliner and the heat and vibrate stopped working completely! I will be returning this for a refund and buying a chair from the local furniture company and using a heating pad. If you are in a pinch I would still not recommend this chair, it was a waste of money. ... show more

the massage on this chair sucks. first off its a vibration massage which i didnt realize and you cant even really feel it... ive gotten a better back rub from speeding down a dirt road. the chair is sort of comfy if you plan to lay back all the time but sittng up right it doesnt have back support needed and ends up making you hunch over and it hurts your back a lot. ... show more

The chair came two days before promised (9 days after ordered). One of the two boxes was damaged and retaped by the shipper. A large puncture was preset, but upon opening found that the damage was to the side base of the chair (wood) and will be hidden by the arms. No problem. No directions, but I found several tips while assembly - by trial and error. 1) Place the chair base near where you want it - the two arms and the back slide onto the frame and cannot be used to lift the chair - you have to slide it by the base. 2) Slide the two arms on the chair first - the back will obstruct sliding the side arms onto the base. Hope this helps others who order the chair. The chair itself is very comfortable and works well. It swivels and rocks - can't fix it in place. ... show more

While easy to assemble and very comfy, it fell apart 1 year 9 months after we bought it. If expect a piece of furniture to last longer than that! The only person who used it was my all of a 140 lb husband. Just this morning he went to put the foot test down and the entire right side of the recliner fell off! The holes for the screws are too weak and too big now to be able to put it back together. We loved the chair until today. ... show more
