As far as pre-workouts go, Vintage Blast is pretty amazing. It does exactly what is advertised and then some. Here’s my list of pro/cons: Pros - energy and focus last way longer than an hour off of my one scoop. Cons - energy and focus last way longer than an hour off of my one scoop. This could be a good thing if you allot enough time, but for my tight schedule it doesn’t quite jive. Also, no skin tingle. Definitely one of the better pre-workout supplements I've tried. The 2 stage formula is excellent for the consistent energy that is promised in the advertising, and the initial jump wasn't as harsh. This Product is very strong and gives me the much needed energy to get through the tough workouts. Ive let a couple buddies try some and they love it as well. I take 2 scoops on intense days and man does it wake me up. I also like that it doesnt have any sugar in it. Very straight forward product.
