My old frame stopped showing the photos. I bought this one to replace it. It was very easy to set up, load photos, and it projects them clearly. Set up was so simple. Loved how easy it is to download app and add photos. If you have two frames in different locations (office downtown & home) it is simple to add both frames to app on your phone. You can then add photos to each one independently.

Amazon delivery was horrible. Delivered wrong unit which all are private and snow birds not here until January so employee had to retrieve which was 3 days later. Second picture frame which I love but a little difficult to set this one up and you can only communicate online. I figured it out myself by deleting app and starting over. 99/5/23) Update again: Last week, I received an email from the seller giving me instructions for how to save pictures onto a USB card - In my letter, I had clearly explained that t even with the help of a service rep. The Service Rep who walked me through the steps stated very clearly that my frame was DEFECTIVE. I asked about a replacement and was told someone would get back to me. No one from that company tried to replace my frame. I returned and replaced my frame. The second frame still didn't allow pictures to be received via e-mail (this was the presenting problem with the first frame - in addition to not being able to download photos.) WHAT I WOULD REALLY LIKE IS MY MONEY BACK Update: (8/30)_ I received a letter from the company saying this: "We’d like to address any issues or concerns you have. Your satisfaction is important so please contact us by replying to this email and we’ll work to resolve your issues." I responded to their email saying I would love to see how they would work to resolve my issues but haven't heard anything from them. I got the gift for my parents and gave it to them while I was visiting them. We live in different states about 9 hours apart. We had problems from the start and have been on the phone with Tech support since we got it. I will say the people who answer the phones are helpful and seem to be responsive. My issue - photos will not come in via e-mail using the link. My ticket was "escalated" because I told them I needed the frame replaced or repaired by the end of the week because I was going back home and wouldn't be able to help my parents. A customer rep told me my frame was defective (for a different issue). I asked if all their frames had the same problem and was told no. He said he'd have someone get back to me. That was on a Wednesday. I heard nothing, so I purchased a second frame and had it set up by Saturday. The goal was to have it up and working before I left. This frame has the same issue. I resent all my photos and at about the 200 picture point, it stops taking photos via e-mail. It says it holds about 500 or 600 photos. I am not happy with the frame nor the "escalation" team and their lack of communication. ... show more
