I've had the chair for about two weeks now and I have no regrets. Customer service was great from the start - after I purchased the chair I asked a couple questions on the product page and customer service replied and answered my questions within an hour of posting them. When I contacted the company via private message to get an estimated ship date and location of where the chair would ship from (California) I received a tracking number and answer to my question in 23 minutes! The chair was very well packaged and even though there was some signs of it getting a little banged up in transit there was no damage to the chair. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I had it fully assembled in under 30 minutes (assembled by myself). Might not sound like a big deal, but I appreciate the fact that it came with additional/spare hardware (very frustrating when hardware is missing or gets lost and I have to go to the hardware store to assemble something I just bought) - I wish more companies would do this, but many do not. I am 5'9" ~170lbs and have no concerns about quality / seems pretty solid and well made. Pros: -Looks way better than my old chair did -Super comfortable -Wide seat base (I sometimes like to sit cross legged / Indian style and I can very comfortably do that) -The wheels roll smooth and silently -The massage pillow is cool and stronger than expected -Padded arm rests are very nice -The arms move with the back when reclining - making it more comfortable / actually usable when reclining. -I like how the arms are attached at the base AND backrest - (I once broke the arm off a chair and fell on the floor while using the arms to help prop myself up / position myself / push myself back against the seat (Not all my weight on them, just light-moderate assistance in getting into the right position). I also sometimes use the arm rests to help get up/out of the chair and so I did not want a chair with arms attached only at the base as it has been my experience that they tend to break more easily - have fewer points to distribute weight and often break or at the very least start to wobble very quickly) Cons: -The only con I have is that I wish this chair had a rocking function, but I knew it did not when I bought it. I spent a long time researching chairs before deciding on this one and there was no perfect chair out there. Every chair was missing something that I wanted, (rocking function, had the wrong arm style, no massage pillow, no foot rest, no or little recline, or it just reviewed really badly / was cheap waist of money). Even though this doesn't have the rocking function that I wanted it was the best compromise suited to my wants/needs. I LOVEE this chair so much. I’ve had it for maybe 2 months now and it is so comfortable. It reclines so much, I’ve almost fallen asleep in it. I’m not sure why i didn’t read the description, but it has a massager. I wasn’t aware until after I built the chair and it’s nothing crazy but it vibrates and it feels aright. It’s a really good feature. As for building it was really easy to put together. My boyfriend finished this in maybe an hour and it’s very durable. I’ve had to tighten the arm once from getting it as it got loose but that may have just been from me not tightening it good enough. If this chair ever breaks or dies on me I’m definitely gonna buy the same one. The money spent was sooo worth it. ... show more

This is my first gaming chair, and I was so excited to find a pink and white one that fit all of my wants: armrests that went all of the way back, a footrest, great reviews, mostly white with pretty pink highlights, and detachable pillows. It was packaged nicely and fairly easy to put together considering my husband and I are terrible at furniture assembly. It took a moment to get used to but quickly became a comfortable chair. I can adjust the tilts easily, and the footrest extends as needed. I'm not a hardcore gamer where I've spent 12+ hours in the chair at once, but I have done 5+ hours without any issues. As for the cons, I do have a few. My biggest complaint is I've only had this chair for a month and a half, and the massage lumbar cushion has already had a strap rip completely off of the pillow (see picture). I'm going to need to figure out how to sew it back on and hopefully have it be where it's more secure than it originally was. Considering I don't lean back and lounge the entire time I'm in the chair, I'm highly disappointed at how quickly the strap tore off. Also, the massage in the cushion isn't anything to write home about. It's basically a semi-obnoxious vibration against your back. Secondly, the armrest was pushed against my black desk, and a line of black is now permanently on the armrest. I've tried to scrub it off to no avail. I know white chairs come with this risk, but I was able to wipe normal dirt off the cushion easily. I'm stuck with the two black lines on the armrest, and now I put a blanket over them to prevent this issue from happening again. Finally, the footrest... While it is comfortable to use, it's a bit annoying to pull it out from below. You have to grip and pull it just right or else it doesn't budge. Overall, I'm giving it 4/5 stars because while I do recommend this chair, some of the quality could be improved, particularly the cushions with straps. If they're meant to withstand gaming use, they shouldn't be tearing off with what I would consider mild use in only a month and a half. ... show more

This chair is super nice! Easy to assemble and instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only big complaint is it's not a pure white, it's more of a pearlescent off white grey leaning. Despite that it is comfortable, i like the leg rest if I want to sit criss cross! Back is adjustable by sitting back, overall happy with this chair for the price :) ... show more
