Shipping was longer than the next day delivery promised. More like 4 days. I’m now working from home & really needed the chair quickly. The delivery was one of the reasons that I bought this chair although it cost much more than the other chair that I was interested in. When I contacted amazon about it they took no accountability & said that it was next day from when the seller ships. Well, it was longer than that as well. As for the chair, it looks nice. The foot rest is a joke. . The height and tilt adjustments don’t stay put & need to be readjusted often. Careful about rolling forward- it’s thrown me forward at least 3 times. I really wanted to love this chair; but, it’s just ok. I could have gotten the identical chair without the footrest for much less. So, I do consider it to be overpriced. ... show more

    • Don't let the price trick you into buying this.
The media could not be loaded. This chair is an absolute train wreck of a "gaming chair". There are more cons than pros. I also believe this chair (at least mine) is a safety hazard. Let me start off by saying I bought this to replace a old chair I've had for about 2 years now, and the main reason I bought this chair is because it had the footrest and the price was right at about $130. The chair is easy to assemble, and comes with everything you need plus extras. The construction of the chair is absolutely laughable. This thing still squeaks and groans with every movement of the chair. If you happen to watch the video I uploaded about this chair you will see that; The seat cushion is uncomfortable after about a short time, the arm rests wiggle horribly, in particular the upper plastic pieces not the actual supports that screw to the base of the chair. The little plastic anti-pinch guards on the sides are the cheapest thing I have ever seen, I've gotten dog doodie bags that are more sturdy than these and mine came broken. The part I believe is a massive safety concern for me is the gas piston (which manages the height of the chair) goes up and down on its own without any input. The chair is rated for 300 lbs according to the description, I weigh 160 lbs so I am well within its capabilities. Not only is this annoying to have to adjust every once in a while, if the Piston fails it could mean either the chair collapses down to its minimum height which could potentially result in spinal injury, or it could outright explode while you're on it, and if you have no idea what that entails, do a quick Google search, it's not pretty. To be fair there are some nice things about this chair, the PU leather is extremely supple and very comfortable, it also is very visually pleasing with great stitching. The cushions it comes with for your lower back and your neck are also very comfortable. Same thing goes with the foot rest, however, I wish foot rest would actually go out to the feet (or be adjustable) and not your calf because that is less comfortable than it would be if it was all the way up to the feet. All in all, I'm extremely disappointed with this chair based off of the fact that when I game I do so far more than an hour at a time, and I just don't feel comfortable in the chair overall. Odds are I will be switching back to my old footrest free chair just because of all the concerns I have about this chair. Honestly, if that happens this thing is going straight into the dumpster, I will not give this to anybody else. And I've only had it for about 2 months at this point. ... show more

    • Great chair to start with if you sit a lot
One thing i will note off the bat is that, while the product i ordered was marked new, based on certain parts being in the middle of assembly and the screws and tool coming in a small loose slightly ratted up baggy, the package i got wasn't completely new. The only things i can say for sure were new are the legs and the wheels, but that's more a seller issue than a product issue. Keep in mind my experience is based off a chair that probably wasn't new. -Easy assembly, the instructions were written and visual. -The sides of the chair go up a little bit so if you sit wide it can hurt but its a simple solution of just sitting properly -The instructions say to put the head pillow more towards the top but as a short person I just put them around the darth vader eye looking things, it sags a little but its not really an issue when you're sitting. -The head pillow is a little on the firm side, I might try to wear it down a little to get a little more squishiness. -The lumbar support pillow is great!! My last chair gave me awful back pain but since I've gotten this it hasn't happened. -The armrests are great! Though the plastic shell portion can move a little bit. It's not distracting though and doesn't really impact anything, except my right one moves a little more and its definitely distracting. I might wedge a piece of wood or cardboard between the gap to alleviate that. Now that Im fiddling with it while I'm typing this i might see if i can get a replacement -The footrest is perfect!! I watch Movies and read with it out and its great, it doesn't slide out super smooth but that's probably a good thing because you don't want it sliding out when you don't want to. -The recline is good. Though it say's it can go 170 degrees it can manage 180. I wouldn't recommend it though because you might fall. The back doesn't go all the way forward when you use the lever so you sometimes have to pull it with your hand, this could however be an issue with my lever specifically. -Overall like any product it's not perfect, however at this price point it has my recommendation, it is very comfortable and great for whatever you're at your desk for. ... show more

I'll say this is a decent gaming chair. Not very hard to assemble, it took me like one or two hours to finish the work. So far everything is good, but i'll test it for a few weeks and see if it's still a good chair. Pros: - The lumbar support is just what I need. Helps me work for a longer time, but it's not a magic chair, Standing up and walking around every one or two hours is still necessary. - The seat and back pad is firm, which I like, but some people may prefer softer one. - The food rests is better than I expect. - Good instruction paper. Cons: - The wheels on the base are not so good, not so smooth. Given this is a heavy chair, it's a little hard to move around in my room. But it's not a big issue to me. - Reclining is not very smooth, but acceptable. ... show more
