It did not come with the original packaging as some have mentioned, but I didn’t need or expect it to. As noted in the description it came with a compatible battery and not an Apple battery. Great cost for a computer that runs like new! I needed a major upgrade from a 2013 Dell Inspiron and this was totally worth it. Looks brand new, charged fast, battery holds charge very well, no scratches or scuffs of any kind.

Several months ago, I ordered this laptop. Turns out, the laptop was damaged inside. So, it was constantly turning off, giving errors and problems. Not to mention, that the whole laptop had scratches and little defects. But, overall it doesn’t work now. So, for 2 months I was chatting with Amazon. Different workers were saying different information, constantly transferring me to each other etc. I tried to contact the seller several times, as well as Amazon workers from my behalf. Nothing. So I have a broken laptop, that no one wants to be responsible for. DO NOT BUY IT, buy from a different seller. Save months of pointless conversations. Thanks.     • Malfunctioning after 7 months
So I got this product June 2023 and after 2 months was experiencing the battery health never staying up it always has to be plugged in and now when powering back on it completely shuts down each time I log in. A little disappointed because I’m still paying for the product.
