The lengths are about the same at about 40". There are adequate pockets in the robes for keys and glasses. We change into and out of our swimming suits in our apartment. Purchased for my mother as a Christmas gift. She wore it a couple times , said it was nice. I picked it up once and decided to try it on myself and was instantly transported to the most comfortable, soft, warm, peaceful wrapping hug of material. Everything in the world became... cozy. Needless to say, I "borrowed" it for the night determined to buy my own soon, only to find out the next day that my mother does not want to keep it due to it being too short on her ( she has a wider frame so it does not sit as long on her as it does myself). So, Now this is my GO-TO for when I just want to be a comfy burrito in my own world of softness and warmth.
