Came quickly and all in one box. About 80-85 pounds. Assembly took a little time but it was straight forward, had all the hardware and easy to follow instructions. The couch is small love-seat size and the two chairs are comfortable and adult size. I read all the Doom and Gloom reviews but took a chance anyway. Glad I did. Will it withstand a hurricane? No. Will it last 10 years? Again, no. Will it last 5-years? Most likely, unless you abuse it. It's woven plastic on a metal frame. Compare this to sets costing over $1,000 and it is GREAT! Ignore the nay-sayers and buy with confidence if you are looking for inexpensive patio furniture. ... show more

The set goes together fairly easily. A couple of nuts have to be placed in areas that are tight to get to but far from difficult. I built it by myself in just over an hour. The set looks nice. The material is plastic but looks fine. The chairs and loveseat are reinforced with metal framing so it seems sturdy. The downside is its size. They sit very low to the ground. If you're older, like me, it gives you a moment's pause. But after you drop down to the seat you find them comfortable. In summation. Cons: Minor difficulty in assembly, low to the ground and plastic. Pros: attractive and comfortable to sit in. Decent return for a small investment. ... show more

So, after reading the reviews, I was expecting this to be some very tiny patio furniture. I even bought furniture risers thinking it would be needed. Thankfully, the furniture came regular sized (not sure what size people are saying it's small). It's very sturdy, surprisingly! It's very well made and was easy to build. I am a stay at home wife and was able to build it by myself. You will have to prop the sides up if assembling alone. Other than that, it's amazing and worth every penny! Ot does have a glass top but it's been raining si much here in Maryland and I haven't had a chance to use it yet. ( I want to break it out on a sunny day lol) Buy it. You will not be disappointed. We are going to add decorative pillows once our patio privacy screen is finished. I just love it, I can't say enough about it. ... show more

My overall rating is 3 stars. Here’s why: The good: The pieces arrived in good shape, complete with all the hardware and two assembly tools (discussed later). The assembly directions are clear and complete. The structural pieces look well put together although the durability is suspect by other people’s comments. The bad: After assembling the first chair my wife and I noticed that the chair is not made for adults. The chair seat is 13-1/8” high above the floor. With the cushion, the seat is 15 “. Typical adult chairs have seats 17 to 18” high. Worse, the seat backs are too low thus there is no back support. Same issues with the sofa. The cushions are cheap foam. Our initial reaction was to send the unit back and ask for a refund. But, all the pieces were removed from the packing and to reassemble the pieces into the delivery box would have been troublesome. Also, I did not want to dissemble the completed chair after the difficulty of getting it assembled. Later we decided to keep the table and to give the chairs and sofa away to a homeless shelter. The kit comes with two tools: a small wrench and a 4 mm allen wrench, necessary for inserting the metric screws. Tight spaces make the assembly difficult and I found it necessary to use a ratcheting #10 wrench to get the M6 nuts tightened. The screws require an allen wrench and the wrench is difficult to keep into the screws while working in the tight spaces. Phillips head screws would have been strongly preferred. ... show more

This is just what I was looking for and am so happy I bought. Boyfriend assembled for me easily. There is a missing part to the coffee table but I’ve contacted customer support so hopefully all good. I ordered a few pillow covers to spruce up some old ones to add my own flair. Love to sit out with my solar nights in the eve. Worth the price and super cute. So, if you are debating… just go for it! EDIT: Customer service is amazing and not only resolved my missing part issue but went above & beyond what I could have expected. Also, I was moving my coffee table after the rain this morning, it was slick and the glass fell off on to the concrete patio. All I heard was a loud thunk, I thought for sure it was a goner and certainly shattered. Nope. Not even a scratch or crack!! Though I wouldn't recommend trying this at home, I'm totally impressed even more now. ... show more

If the seats were six or eight inches higher and it wasn't so difficult and time-consuming to assemble, I would have given it five stars. It is sturdy, looks nice (gray) and fits well into our 12x14 patio, allowing for another small table and a couple more chairs. Overall, I think it is a good value, but time will tell. ... show more
