I'm going to be very forward. I'm 5 ft. tall. this chair is recommended for shorter people. please don't buy if you are tall or average to tall height. I've had shoulder and neck problems.. this thing has rocked my socks off I love it, great chair for short people …and I'm talking truly short. its defiantly loud in the beginning, the leather is so stiff but...it doesn't wake the neighbors and its getting worn in so I have no complaints. The low back massage thing...well you might be better off using a phone charger than the USB on computer...lol I don't for some reason its like "to much" for my computer haha ... show more

Absolutely beautiful chair. I work from home and to top it off I work a minimum of 50 hours a week. Even though I'm usually good-to-go back can give me fits due to medical issues so not only is that middle support awesome; it massages. 🥰🥰 The chair arrived quickly and in one piece with the exception of a small tear on the back of the chair. I messaged the seller and they responded very quickly. Literally not that big of a tear I was just going to fix it but wanted to let them know and they refunded 10% of my purchase. OMG!!! Rebecca was great with making sure we were taken care of. The first chair came with a tear. They shipped a new chair right away and let me keep the first one. Putting this chair together wasn’t difficult at all. The rubber washers and screws were all there. My daughter (10) loves it. Adjustable arm rests, foot rest, massaging pillow, pillow for the head rest, comfortable seat cushion. The chair is a bit narrow for guys with bigger scrotums. Overall, I will shop with them again! I don’t usually purchase furniture on Amazon, but I would like to give a try for this chair, the low price tag and the good looking, it turns out to be more when I get it. This chair was definitely worth every penny. It was in quick delivery and easy to build up in 20 minutes. Pros: Material is of high quality. I don’t use this chair for gaming, but I work on it all day and rarely standing up while I don’t get any sore. It's really nice and I can take a nap on this chair with tilting, I sleep in it many times. The chair has a massage back lumbar pillow, although it’s not a strong feeling I still love it. Has a retractable footrest that works good, but I wish it could be extended out farther. Cons: The armrests are a little far out from the seat, it would be useless when I have a full reclining. The massage pillow is USB connected and needs to be plugged in, it limits my ability to roll around in the office. Overall, the product is well designed, comfortable and functional. I think there would no other chair like this with this price tag. Highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Comfy but assembly was a hassle
The chair is super comfortable (according to my wife) and it certainly looks great. The assembly was fairly straight forward as I have assembled about 6 similar chairs in the last 2 years. However ours didn't come with instructions and the screws were not in bags placed in the box as usual, they were already attached and had to be removed before the pieces could be put together, made for a few tense and upsetting minutes until we figured that out. ... show more

    • Not well manufactured, terrible instructions, not helpful at all.
The instructions that came with the chair are unacceptable. The pictures just show what is next but not which thing to do first and "how" to do it step by step. I am a peaceful patient person but the level of frustration trying to hold everything with my body to put things into place was so exhausting, took over 3 hours, I still don't feel like it was symmetrical there is a tear in the side and one of the sides ur supposed to put a black cover so you don't see all the screws didn't have a hole so I had to make one. Again these instructions are unacceptable and there also wasn't a tutorial for this specific chair to help with instructions. Putting this together was a nightmare. I would never buy something like this again. Ever. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because my daughter was happy to finally have it and sit in it. Not so much for mom having to put it together with terrible terrible instructions. You should revise the direction's so your next customer can have a better experience then I did. I have assembled a lot of furnitures and this one I would say is needs a little more patience and attention im assembling. Also, the arm rests are wobbly and will break off if u put too much pressure. The height adjustment is also inconveniently and weirdly located almost at the back. You will break your back if u adjust the height sitting down. You will have to get up and literally twist your body or move to the side before u can adjust conveniently. The cushion is also substandard. After sitting for hours, your butt will feel sore. For a gaming chair (or even if u use this as a work chair), this is drfinitely not worth every penny. I should bave bought one from staples or home depot. A few bucks would have made my daily work life better. ... show more

I have had this Chair for about 3 months now an I am loving it, i got my wife a comparable one a year ago and that smelled of preservative/chemical smell for nearly 3 months. this one had virtually no smell. Cons: Wish it had slightly more range on the height adjustment. and foot rest could be 3" longer but i am nearly 6' and 220#'s and this chair works very well for me. Pros, Massage/Lumbar pillow, works awesome even took it with me on a long road trip. Very Stable can lay beyond completely flat and with the tilt not locked can place feet above heart. great for a quick nap, with a pillow on the foot rest the short length does not bother me.
