The media could not be loaded. I bought this laptop for work. The package came in good condition. The laptop was working an easy to set up. I’ve been using it for a week now and it hasn’t been giving me any problem. If you’re looking for a good laptop for work or school this is a good option.

Unpacked and turned it on. Everything was perfect and began setup. I bought it for 1 purpose - to learn Python programming. Downloaded a couple popular APPS and set the screen / energy setting to be on all the time. Plugged in my Iphone for charging. I noticed a couple times before bed the laptop seemed to want to turn my screen off, but then kept it on as I had set it to. Next morning woke up. My Iphone was off and battery was drained. The laptop screen was off, but computer indicator light showed on. Pressed power button several times for 1 - 2 seconds and nothing happened. Then, held power button down for 30 seconds to power off. Indicator light went off. Cycled through on / off indicator light with power button several times. Screen never even blipped. Checked Youtube for this specific problem on this specific laptop and found no solution, but it had been viewed 75,000 times. Seems this refirb is a $200 paperweight. ... show more
