Disliked it. The reason I bought this was to hold my stuff because my cell phone had to much storage and my phone was slowing down. My photos of my grandkids was the main reason I needed more storage. I also use it for my scrapbooking which is good. I really didnt expect it to be great because it was refurbished, but as soon as I unboxed it to set it all up and make sure it was clean and defragmented it I was very disappointed because I found that I had to do alot to the laptop. Thankgod for watching youtube I was able to clean alot of the storage out that was in the laptop. I thought that since it was refurbished that at least it was set to Factory reset because I had a feeling it was used so I needed to know if anything had to be done. Well As soon. As I opened up my Windows 10 on my hp laptop Isee that there was still files on it and I needed to clean it all out. I JUST got this product in the mail and started it up today. It came very well packaged and looks brand new. The computer itself is super lightweight and is made of a brushed (what I assume) plastic type material. It still looks very sleek and classy. It started up beautifully and Cortana walks you through the setup. My computer was in airplane mode when it started up so you may have to push the little airplane key to turn wifi back on so it can connect. The screen looks wonderful. Absolutely no complaints there. The sound quality is very good as well and overall, this beauty is running like a gem. A nice, quiet and fast gem. You do have to speak pretty clearly for the microphone to pick up your voice, but the key controls and touch pad are adequately sensitive. I was confused on how to set up the Microsoft 1 year subscription at first. I did a little poking around on my computer before agreeing to anything. I found to get the subscription, you simply open up the Microsoft Word, click the "sign in" button in the upper right corner, sign in with your Microsoft account info, and then a little screen pops up saying "you've got office for 1 year"!!! Woo! Easy as pie. Now I dont expect too much from this computer. I'm certain I will have to purchase more memory storage for it eventually, but I can say that I am already very pleased with it. Should something happen and it decide to quit on me...well I'll be very sad and let everyone know. As for now, I recommend this renewed product. ... show more

I loved it at first, but after a few weeks, it freezes and crashes EVERYTIME I try to log into anything, and says an error occured, then freezes up. I have to manually restart it and wait, only for it to do it again. Not happy to say the least, and will be getting an refund.

I have an Andriod, so I use Google to sync EVERYTHING. Windows 10 S doesn't let you use Chrome browser. You are allowed to use ONLY Edge. I can't stand Edge as it is. Even went I worked for Microsoft for 12 years, I used Firefox and them Chrome. When I found out that they are using this tactic to force people to use this junky browser I was completely disgusted. Microsoft and these slimy tactics on the one hand; on the other hand, we have the iphone forcing people to use charger ports that only work with iphones, often making them pay $35 for an inferior cable that isn't very fast and will break within 6 months, only to change it on them at the next model upgrade. These two companies are so gross. It's no wonder most of the world outside of the US uses Android or Samsung. USB-C is the way to go. Superfast, super affordable.
